For most of us, living our day-to-day life and keeping those things together takes a fair amount of time. Making time for drumming and other healthy pursuits can sometimes take a back seat. I know that this can happen to me. I really do try to get to the gym and practice daily, but it’s not always possible. There are small things I can do even when time is tight such as stretching and some rudiments on a drum pad. My mind and body are always in a better place when I take this time. By taking these small steps daily, I am able to stay somewhat sane and focused. Please try it and let me know. I believe that it is possible.
